Our top software is PREDICTO through which you can organize, program and optimize the maintenance of plants and machines. Predicto is a valid support to companies to keep under observation the main indicators of maintenance efficiency and to have the detailed analysis of the verified faults. It also makes it possible to easily manage the spare parts in the warehouse and is designed for industry 4.0.

PREDICTO IS THE NEW SOFTWARE FOR YOUR MAINTENANCE

Predicto is a software dedicated at the maintenance preventive, predictive and breakdown of processing and/or assembly plants and machines, allowing the planning of the maintenance of machines and/or automatic plants.

It has a detailed report of the maintenance activities executed in the company and can be interfaced with MES, ERP and warehouse management systems in order to obtain a perfect integration on all company levels.

It is a multi-platform software, accessible from the web and from almost all devices (pc, tablet, smartphone).

PROGRAMMING

With Predicto you can quickly and intuitively create your fleet of machines, grouping them by plants, departments, lines and plants.

To each machine board you can connect all the documents concerning it: photographs, manuals, maintenance sheets and you always have easy access to the maintenance history of each of your machines.

MAINTENANCE

With Predicto you automatically generate all preventive maintenance orders.

It is also possible to open a fault ticket simply by indicating the machine and the problem detected.

All recorded informations are historicized and can be displayed in various formats and statistics.

Our technical department is able to support customers in the selection and development of predictive solutions for the maintenance by providing turnkey systems or integrating them into existing control devices. With our predictive applications it will be the machine itself that anticipates possible failures by optimizing and preventing downtime for maintenance operations.
